Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us. Your satisfaction is always our first priority. Contact us to get in touch with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and the reason for your return. Our Return Policy is as follows: 

All New Style USA items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, folded in its original bag. Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with New Style USA return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please note that we do not allow for returns or exchanges on International orders.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Contact@newstyleusa.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange a item, send us an email at Contact@newstyleusa.com

The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs as New Style USA is not responsible for any lost/missing returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • You may return all products within 30 days(from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact , not be damaged. 
  • We do not accept size exchanges.
  • Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit,lingerie,bodysuits,swimwear,facemasks,headwear,art and accessories. 
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. 
  • Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided. 
  • Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact with us and our customer service will reply to you within 24 hours. 
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear. 
  • The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. 
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by New Style USA.
